To reply to your messages and requests about works (your request / consent), and to send you news about new works and exhibitions if you subscribe to the newsletter (your consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who processes the data
The website is hosted by elhamsaberian.art/ (Automattic Inc.), which stores form submissions and technical data on its servers, also outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards. Messages are delivered to the email address above. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up on your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent and receive your data in a portable format, by writing to the email above.
